A few years ago, my skin started to feel more dry, itchy and rough and I noticed it was in need of extra love and care. Despite trying different lotions and oils, I still felt self-conscious about my dry, flaky, and itchy skin, especially during the winter months. Shaving was not a pleasant experience and my skin could only tolerate certain shaving creams. I was so insecure I refused to wear shorts, skirts or swimsuits.

My journey to nourish my skin led me back to my roots in Nigeria. I started making & using traditional, homemade body care products. To my surprise, I discovered the solution to my skin concerns was right in front of me. My skin confidence bloomed and I felt proud of my healthy, glowing skin. I just had to share this with my sistas, who also deserve to feel beautiful and confident in their own skin.
