  • My order says it’s being returned back to you..what does that mean/what do I do?

  If for any reason your order is shipped back to us, we will refund the item! UNFORTUNATELY NOT THE SHIPPING FEE!. Shipping has already been paid for when we print out the label!. We can also resend the items again once the package is returned to us but you would have to pay another shipping fee!

  • I put in the wrong address what should I do ?

Please contact us via text/call our store number - 6475187713 or via email info@madeinshade.store. Send us your order Id , Last name and correct address. 

  • I have a complaint , what can I do ?

Please send us an email via info@madeinshade.store or  DM on IG @madeinshadee. We are always looking forward to resolving any issues you have with your order or our products.

  • Do you ship out on Saturdays ?

    No we do not, all orders placed on the weekends (sat&sun) get shipped out on Monday by the post office.

  • My package / box came damaged. what do I do ?

All our packages come insured. Please contact the courier service to file a claim for that package. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once it leaves our hands. Please keep all your evidence (pictures, packages etc ) before filing your claim. Refer to our shipping policy for more .
