U.S. Orders and Customs Tariffs
Due to the temporary Canada Post strike, some U.S. orders are being shipped through alternate couriers (I.e UPS, DHL ,Purolator etc ).
Our Handmade body care products remain duty-free under CUSMA, so there are no extra taxes or import fees on items like body butters, body oils, and bars.
Textile bodycare products such as the African Bath Net and TLC Exfoliating Glove have the custom fees included in the price, so there will be NO additional fees upon delivery.
Unfortunately when it comes to tariffs, this is beyond our control and determined by U.S. customs at the time of import. We’ll continue monitoring carrier routes and will update this notice once normal service resumes.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE
Standard / Small packet international shipping is a cost effective shipping option for US and International orders. While it is a cheap shipping option it does not come with active tracking or even delivery confirmation. So what this means is when you choose this option you are aware that this does not come with an active tracking number. it will only show data not available. The only way to track them would be to call Canada Post or the equivalent to them in your country. if you choose this shipping option it is best to add on our shipping protection for your package.

International /USA tracked packet - this is an option that is fairly expensive depending on your location. This comes with tracking and delivery information with an active tracking number.
We offer optional extra shipping insurance at checkout for your convenience . Due to that, we are not liable to any damages or lost packages.
We ship out from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on the weekends & public holidays get shipped on Monday or following business day. We endeavour to ship out all orders on the same day with exception to orders placed after 3:30pm EST.
Please contact the courier service first to file a claim for lost or damaged packages or submit a claim here on our website. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once it leaves our hands. Please keep all your evidence (pictures, packages etc ) before filing your claim. Shipping courier service we use USPS/Canada Post OR UPS. Additionally, if you pay for the extra shipping insurance we can assist with filling your claim.

On the occasion that it doesn't, please keep in mind we would do everything within our power to help. BUT PLEASE BE ADVISED we are not liable once the insured package leaves our warehouse.
